• Due to data base search engine software and updating record services outside of our control, services will be delivered to the recipient of your choice on average of 3-5 months after your verified passing.

• You always have the ability to cancel your order after placed or change your product message. 

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate information of you date of birth and hometown birthplace in order to validate your identity after you are deceased.

There may be a service fee depending on the change request. Use the “contact us” page for support. 

•It is your responsibility to provide accurate information of the recipient in order for them to receive the product.   

• It is your responsibility to maintain updated records of your recipient if they move to a new address. Please contact us if you will to update/change recipient address. There  is no charge for this update. 

•3rd party services will provide delivery and accuracy of certified mail, Message after Death services will not be liable for 3rd party accuracy. United States Postal Service is our service provider.  

• Our services and security is back by GoDaddy.com. Message After Death is not responsible for database breaches through GoDaddy.com services.
